After months of planning and preparation, RS Academy, whom we’ve been supporting with advertising, brochure design and email marketing, is launching its first driving days at the Ascari Race Resort in southern Spain.
RS Academy is the only supercar club that runs its supercars exclusively on racing circuits – and not just any circuits, RS members have access to the Nürburgring Nordschleife, Spa Francorchamps and the Ascari Race Resort. Nice. Let us know if you’re interested and we’ll put you in touch by clicking here.
There are all kinds of tea drinkers – Earl Greyers, Assam lovers, Darjeelingers and Ying Ming Yunnan guzzlers (yep, honest). In our studio there’s been a recent spate in the appearance of healthier options – there’s Green Tea, Fruit Tea and Herbal Tea everywhere and most of them are being sipped politely without sugar. Where’s the fun?!
Personally, I’m a Builders’ Tea merchant – a 5-cups-a-day man (minimum). I love it. The bigger the cup… no, make that MUG… the better.
Anyone familiar with online marketing may have heard of the Google ’sandbox’ (where Google ‘allegedly’ temporarily reduces the page rank of new domains, in order to hinder SEO professionals stealing a march on established online businesses). But has anyone heard of the Google Beatbox?
If you start watching this, I bet you make it to the end….
DNA isn’t a PR agency and we’re not trying to be one. Yes, we think it’s important to have a joined up communications strategy and yes, PR is an important part of the communications mix, but you can’t be all things to all men. We can deliver better results by working in partnership with specialists (so that’s what we do).
Working with a good PR person can achieve incredible results (I once witnessed someone secure a motorcycle manufacturer more than £60,000-worth of coverage with two phone calls) but if you don’t have the budget, it’s also possible to achieve measurable results on your own. After all, who knows the interesting aspects of your business better than you?!
Congratulations to Katie for passing her driving test first time!! As you can see from the ‘artist’s impression’ above – she’s very happy. As for the rest of us… vigilance!
On Friday last week, Jim and Katie headed up to London to take part in the 2009 Subway Greater London Franchisee Conference. We went primarily to spread the word about our new web-to-print solution, but it was great to see some familiar faces too.
While we were there we had a cup of tea in the Ritz. As you do. Only £6-a-cup too… Bargain.
The web-to-print system allows our Subway clients to select, modify, personalise and order their POS and promotional items 24-hours-a-day. The system goes live in the New Year and should help franchisees nationwide to order print at their leisure, without incurring design fees for minor changes. If you’re interested in how this system might benefit you, give us a tinkle.
