Senior Account Manager Vacancy at DNA

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Client Services team. The successful applicant will become one of the agency’s key points of client contact and will be responsible for maintaining and growing a diverse range of accounts, therefore experience in a similar role within a creative agency is essential.

Your skills will include the following:

• Demonstrable track record of managing large accounts
• Able to write complex and detailed proposals
• Excellent communication skills
• Experienced in working with International brands, preferably in the luxury sector
• Be effective in working to deadlines and budgets
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Be confident in delivering pitches and presenting work to potential and existing clients
• Sound knowledge of design, advertising, marketing and online
• Be capable of proof reading with an excellent eye for detail

You would be responsible for all aspects of Account Management including:
• Working with the Managing Director to ensure that the Account Management objectives are met
• Jointly responsible for the ongoing satisfaction of DNA’s existing clients
• Be innovative in helping to make the Account Management team more productive, accountable, effective and profitable
• Identify new opportunities both within and outside of the existing client base
• Be proactive in increasing both sales and margins in each DNA department
• Be responsible for subcontract and project management budgets
