We were recently tasked to create a new set of adverts for one of our luxury brand clients, Ettinger (London). The aim was to theme two adverts – for their Bullion and Pinstripe collections, respectively. Ettinger were after a similar style advert to the successful Travel collection advert we created for them previously (see it here).

The Bullion collection brief was geared to highlight the unique features of the product, namely the gold finishing on corners and buttons. In order to instill the essence of ‘pricelessness’ and ultimate value, we constructed a story around the product. Placing the products within a briefcase highlighted that they were precious and the bank vault setting and gold bullion placed either side enhanced this notion. Photography and post production was done in our in-house studio ensuring the result looked authentic and atmospheric.

Premium Classic Cars Advert Web

The Classic Throttle Connection is a new business – formed from one man’s passion for classic cars. We’re delighted that we’re now designing and placing CTC’s advertising in a range of classic car publications, as well as on the web, and it’s now our role to ensure that generating enquiries is something the team at Classic Throttle Connection doesn’t have to worry about. They can now spend their time finding and purchasing the best vehicles, then ensuring they are in the best condition of their lives before sale. We’re keeping our eye on these guys. They have a track record of making things happen and we’re loving being a part of it.

After months of planning and preparation, RS Academy, whom we’ve been supporting with advertising, brochure design and email marketing, is launching its first driving days at the Ascari Race Resort in southern Spain.

RS Academy is the only supercar club that runs its supercars exclusively on racing circuits – and not just any circuits, RS members have access to the Nürburgring Nordschleife, Spa Francorchamps and the Ascari Race Resort. Our experience of designing for luxury brands and our knowledge of automotive marketing meant we were well positioned to provide RS Academy with their promotional brochure: a brochure that would blend energy and excitement with an air of sophistication and exclusivity.

DNA_Princess_Brochure_Suit

The latest Princess Yachts brochure suite is now doing the rounds – here’s a selection of the latest work, released at the Southampton Boat Show (see previous post). As in previous years’ work, DNA revised the design style, art directed boat and lifestyle photography and implemented copywriting and translations throughout seven languages.

Aston Martin One-77 VillaD'este 2009

In my opinion, there’s no such thing as an ugly Aston Martin. The cars might not have the clipped finish of a Porsche, but there’s no doubt in my mind that the DB9 and V8 Vantage are two of the best looking cars ever produced.

But when it was reported that Aston were launching a Bugatti Veyron-beater  - the limited-edition One-77 – I thought to myself, ‘can they really deliver a car that justifies a £1million price tag?’
